Theory Parties

 Theory is essential for all accomplished violinists. Ms. Freeman's approach to music theory is not only practical, but also enjoyable. Everything from intervals and chords to ear training and music history can be learned using card games, computer applications, flash cards, practice tests, and crafts. These theory parties are specifically geared to preparing for the Music Teacher’s Association Certificate of Merit exams, but the concepts of theory apply to any musical training.
